Hello and welcome. I am a psychotherapist located in Metrowest Boston and have experience supporting people of all ages who have found themselves faced with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life transition and stress, parenting challenges, social and relationship issues, feeling stuck in general, or the desire to explore personal growth.

My style is highly relational, warm, supportive and sprinkled with humor when appropriate. I find that many of my referrals tend to be tweens, teens, and young adults who are at transition points in their lives.
Services
I provide individual therapy, parent/child or family work, and parent consultation. I work primarily with tweens, teens, and adults but have experience working with children from age 4 and older.
